Leading Internet Service Provider NewNet plc is celebrating the launch of their new-look website; www.newnet.co.uk .

The corporate site has benefited from a complete design overhaul and includes a fresh new look and a dedicated back-end Content Management System to manage the day-to-day running of the site.

The design rationale is entirely focussed on the customer experience and has been designed to present information in the clearest way with navigation optimised to explore pages in the shortest number of clicks.

The site navigation is broken down into 6 main sections and features categories including ‘Products’, ‘Company’ information, ‘News’ and ‘Support’ so that every visiting customer is clearly and quickly signposted to their desired area of the site.

In addition, the Support pages have been completely revamped with easy and clear access to NewNet’s extensive and dedicated Knowledge Base online support database which includes FAQs, step-by-step

guides and advice.

This area of the site provides NewNet customers with vital online support at their fingertips and gives a flexible and alternative method of reaching technical support.

Clicking on the ‘Products’ section will present visitors with NewNet’s diverse range of services and will point them to the appropriate page.

The purchase decision making process has also been streamlined for broadband and hosting customers with the different packages now presented in rationalised comparison tables for clarity of information.

The 4 month project was led by the Marketing department and was entirely executed by internal NewNet staff, utilising the technical website building and graphic design skills present within NewNet.

Managing Director John Mobley commented: “We are very excited to be launching a completely new website that really showcases our products and services, in addition to optimising the way customers can search for and order products.

This positions us well for the launch of some great new products planned for 2018.

We are also immensely proud that the re-design has been executed entirely by internal staff which highlights the organisational and teamwork skills that have been required.

We look forward to providing our existing client base with a more interactive and supportive site and to welcoming an influx of new clients which we are sure our professional new-look site will bring”
